Meet Crystal

Me 2026.JPG

Happily married and proud dog mom to two beloved fur babies, I’m all about cozy moments and big memories. If the sun’s out, I’d rather be outside volunteering at the farm, camping, gardening, or just soaking it all in. When I’m indoors, you’ll usually find me crafting or thrifting for hidden treasures. I proudly served 5 years in the Navy and hold a dual master’s degree in business administration and management, which I now pour into creating thoughtful, joy-filled experiences for the people around me.

Meet Kelly

Proud mom that's happiest with dirt on my hands in the vegetable garden, a thrifted treasure in my bag, and my family and our dearly loved dogs by my side. I have a soft spot (okay, obsession) for houseplants, because every hospice plant deserves a loving home and a second chance. When I’m not rescuing greenery, loving on my pups, or hunting for bargains, I’m putting my Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies to work, bringing order, care, and a little bit of fun to everything I do.

Why Forever Willow Way?

Forever Willow Way was born from love, loss, and a promise to keep our dad’s spirit moving through the world. In 2024, our late father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and everything shifted. He was the one who taught us what it meant to dream big and work hard. He was always trying something new, always building starting and running several businesses over the course of his life. One of his greatest joys was a successful boat cleaning business, and before his diagnosis, the plan was simple and beautiful: he would teach us everything he knew so we could relaunch it together. He’d be the voice and manage sales while we handled the labor and the details, caring for every boat and every customer like they were our own.

When his health took a turn, he worried most about not being able to pass something along to his kids. But what he didn’t realize is that he had already given us the most important part: his entrepreneurial spirit, his heart for people, and his belief that work can be both meaningful and joyful. Forever Willow Way is our way of carrying that forward. Instead of cleaning boats, we now fill a cozy shuttle with laughter, stories, and strangers who quickly feel like friends. Every outing, every carefully chosen stop, every small detail is our way of honoring the way he loved people and the pride he took in serving them well.

Our name holds the story of both of the people we lost in 2024 and 2025. “Forever” comes from our dad’s words - he always told us he loved us “forever and a day.” It’s our reminder that his love didn’t end; it just changed shape. “Willow” is for our stepmother, whose favorite tree was the willow-strong, graceful, and rooted even as it bends. She, too, left this world because of cancer, but her gentleness and quiet strength are woven into everything we do. And “Way” is for the journey itself being “on our way” to an adventure, to a new memory, to a moment you’ll look back on and smile.

When you step onto our shuttle, you’re not just joining a trip you’re stepping into a living legacy. Our dad and stepmom are with us in every mile, every playlist, every warm welcome, and every thoughtful stop along the route. They are the driving force behind this business and the reason we care so deeply about how you feel while you’re with us. Forever Willow Way is more than transportation; it’s our family’s love story, carried forward on the open road, one cozy, meaningful outing at a time.
